Refund policy

Returns will be eligible for store credit only if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for your return to be processed. Once the return is processed, your store credit will be sent to your email. 

Please note that Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost which will be deducted from your store credit. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with tags. Must also have proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is received, you will be sent new item. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with tag.

Damages and issues

  • Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
